The great advantage of this one-bedroom apartment is its enormous covered terrace (320 sq ft) which serves as an outdoor living room and dining area. There is a teak dining table for 4, a gas barbecue and a weather-protected outdoor kitchen, with a polished stone sink and decorative tiled work surface and splashback, as well as a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine.
The covered living and dining areas are protected from the elements by a purpose-built awning with huge picture windows, which can be rolled up to let in the breeze. There is an open sun- tanning deck (12 m2) with 2 chaises longues.
The bedroom, which gives onto the terrace, has a queen-size bed. Like the indoor sitting room, it is small and cosy, but with ample space for a couple. There is a music center in the sitting room and a alarm/clock radio in the bedroom. The bathroom has an American style shower stall, a custom-made marble sink and peach-colored tiles from the nearby Salernes tile works.
Accommodates : 2 adults and one child. There is a queen size bed and a deluxe our bed suitable for a child.
