Les Olivettes is a large converted "Bastide", or Provençal farmhouse, set amongst the olive groves, vineyards, and cherry orchards on the southern flank of the village of Lourmarin. 

Decorated and furnished by a professional interior designer, the inside of this Provencal farmhouse has a spacious common-room and five independent private apartments, each with distinctive colours, a distinctive character and decor.

The antiques and contemporary furnishings in the 600 sq.ft living-room and reception area combine with the original cathedral ceiling to create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

The walls throughout the house have been painted using the ochre washes typical of Provence ; the floors are done with the hand-made terracotta parefeuilles from the renowned Vernin tileworks in nearby Apt.

Each apartment has a queen-size bed, a well-equipped kitchen, modern appliances, and a stereo. All apartments have 24-hour Internet access and satellite TV. Some have DVD players. Each accomodation has a well-furnished , shady and spacious terrace with idyllic views of rural peace and quiet. Several apartments have air-conditioning. All accommodations are non-smoking, and well-behaved pets are welcome.
